Repairs

We offer certified repairs on almost all brands on the market for an affordable price. 
In our store in Stockholm, there is always a watchmaker, who with his years of experience can combine quality repairs with a short delivery time. 
This means that you can safely leave your watch at Fredman Ur for a service or a battery change. 

We always leave at least 12 months service warranty on simple repairs and up to 36 months service warranty on more complicated repairs.

WARRANTY

Fredmans Ur as an authorised dealer provides a 24 month worldwide manufactures warranty on all watches we sell in our physical store or online.

This manufactures warranty is provided free of charge if the repair is a subject of a warranty case is provided free of charge. In this case you can safely submit your watch to Fredmans Ur, or any brand's authorised dealer in Sweden or abroad.

Watches that are eligible for warranty repair are only watches that are purchased from an authorized dealer. Evidence qualifying for the warranty repair - is a stamped warranty card and purchase receipt from the same dealer.

Watches purchased from unauthorized dealers are denied free warranty repair.

INSURANCE

Fredmans Ur provides free of charge a full covering insurance which is valid for 6 months on all new watches and jewelleries. This insurance gives you reimbursement for sudden and unforeseen event if you happen to damage or lose your purchased product.

Insurance is valid for Swedish residents only.

DELIVERY

Delivery time for items on stock is normally within 3 to 5 working.

Delivery of the items that are not on stock can vary from 5 to 15 days.

All orders within Europe over 200 EUR are sent free of charge. Free delivery does not apply on special orders.

Watches that are not on stock and are objects for order from supplier, are often made for order. It means a longer delivery time. Please consult us on the particular watch you wish to order.

For safety reasons we send all orders as a tracked delivery.
